Request for exchange must be notified to Kirrily Johnston Pty Ltd within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@kirrilyjohnston.com or by calling +612 9380 7775.
Exchangable goods must be approved for return. This is at the discretion of Kirrily Johnston Pty Ltd. We will endeavour to replace any unsuitable items to the best of our ability within reason.
Returned goods must have swing tags still attached, must not have been worn and must be in the condition that they were received in. All garments must be returned in the packaging that they were received in at the expense of the purchaser.
Garments that do not have original swing tags are not eligible for return.
Kirrily Johnston Pty Ltd cannot take responsibility for incorrect sizes, unsuitability, change of mind or any other particulars. The choice of order is the responsibility of the purchaser. Questions are encouraged and may be directed to sales@kirrilyjohnston.com or +612 9380 7775.
